HOW TO CHANGE YOUR PIN

If you’ve misplaced or forgotten your existing PIN you can request a new PIN at any Australian Military Bank branch equipped with a PIN change terminal. These branches are listed below for your convenience.

If you are unable to visit one of these branches, we can order you a replacement card over the phone, simply call 1300 13 23 28.

Here are some tips:

  • Don’t choose a number that’s easy for someone to guess. Avoid repeating characters (like 9999) or digits in sequence (like 1234) and characters based on your birth date, driver’s licence or phone numbers.
  • Choose something unique to you. Choose something easy for you to remember but hard for anyone else to guess.
  • Protect it. After creating a memorable and secure PIN, it’s important to protect it. Don’t write your PIN down and don’t share your PIN with anyone. If you feel your PIN has been compromised, notify us immediately.

There are 2 simple ways to change your PIN:

rediATM

Australian Military Bank cardholders who know their PIN are able to change it at selected rediATMs. Simply choose the 'change PIN' option on the screen after you've entered your PIN.

Find your nearest rediATM.
