Australian Military Bank’s 66th Annual General Meeting was held on Thursday 6 November 2025 in Sydney and via live audio cast with 74 in attendance.

One resolution was carried by members and their proxies at the meeting. This resolution was:

• Re-election of Timothy Pike – Timothy Pike was re-elected as a Director by members.
