From Friday, 16 Feb at 4:30pm (AEDT) our Internet and Mobile banking services will be down but will be restored on Monday, 19 Feb.

Cards and ATM access will operate as per usual, however, to help you get prepared, we've created a check-list for you:

Mobile App Update

Mobile App Update

Our mobile application, as at January 10 2018, will no longer offer ‘Tap & Pay’ functionality (exclusive to Android devices).

To those members who currently use ‘Tap & Pay’ (Android devices enabled with Kit Kat 4.4 and above only), this means you will no longer be able to pay for purchases under $100 using your mobile device; you can however continue to use your VISA Debit or Credit Card to facilitate ‘Tap & Go’ purchases.
