Credit deposit issue resolved

Internet & Mobile Banking will be down this weekend

We're excited to be upgrading your digital banking services!

From Friday, 16 Feb at 4:30pm (AEDT) our Internet and Mobile banking services will be down but will be restored on Monday, 19 Feb.

Cards and ATM access will operate as per usual, however, to help you get prepared, we've created a check-list for you:

Service alert

We are currently aware of an issue effecting credits being deposited into accounts. We are investigating the issue. We expect all credits to be processed no later than end of day today. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

Mobile App Update

Our mobile application, as at January 10 2018, will no longer offer ‘Tap & Pay’ functionality (exclusive to Android devices).

To those members who currently use ‘Tap & Pay’ (Android devices enabled with Kit Kat 4.4 and above only), this means you will no longer be able to pay for purchases under $100 using your mobile device; you can however continue to use your VISA Debit or Credit Card to facilitate ‘Tap & Go’ purchases.
