We’re excited to announce that we have started on a journey of transformation by investing in new technology to upgrade our internet and mobile banking services launching late February 2018.

A friendly reminder, your Internet & Mobile Banking services will be down from today at 4:30pm AEDT and will be restored on Monday 19 February. Please note, cards and ATM access will still be available for use, however, to be extra prepared you can withdraw cash in advance.

Mobile App Update

Mobile App Update

Our mobile application, as at January 10 2018, will no longer offer ‘Tap & Pay’ functionality (exclusive to Android devices).

To those members who currently use ‘Tap & Pay’ (Android devices enabled with Kit Kat 4.4 and above only), this means you will no longer be able to pay for purchases under $100 using your mobile device; you can however continue to use your VISA Debit or Credit Card to facilitate ‘Tap & Go’ purchases.
