LOST/STOLEN CARDS

You should call us immediately on 1300 13 23 28 if your card becomes lost or stolen.

If you’re overseas, call +61 2 9240 4122 or the VISA International Hotline specific to the country you are in.

 

 

 

Yes, if you've downloaded our mobile app, you can report your card lost or stolen immediately with just the click of a button.

Simply select the 'Cards' option from the 'Accounts' screen, and then select 'Report Lost or Stolen Card'. You will then need to confirm whether the card is Lost or Stolen and finally select 'OK' to confirm the action.

This will cause all transactions attempted on the card to be declined, including any recurring payments, balance updates and transfers performed via the Mobile Banking & Payments app.

Please note, a replacement card will not automatically be ordered for you. Please contact us to organise a replacement card.
